Law professor to discuss attorney disciplinary process in Michigan
This virtual seminar offers a concise and informative overview of how attorney discipline is administered in the state including a primer on the roles and responsibilities of the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission and the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board. It will also outline the steps involved in the disciplinary process and highlight key procedural considerations for attorneys. Ideal for legal professionals seeking to better understand the system, the session aims to promote ethical practice and awareness of professional responsibility requirements in Michigan. Speaking at the program will be Cooley Law School Professor Martha D. Moore.
Cost for the program is $35 for OCBA?members; $35 for OCBA?new lawyers and paralegals; $25 for committee members; and $45 for non-members.
