PAAM presents ‘Juvenile Competency Review’ online
The “In the Lunchroom” presentation series features a mini-session or topic review, followed by an open discussion time. This quarter, the review topic will be juvenile competency.
During this open discussion time, participants can bring their questions and concerns while sharing their knowledge and experience. Questions may be emailed in advance to Karen Field, PAAM’s Juvenile Justice and School Safety Training project director, at fieldk@mipaam.org.
There is no charge to attend but advance registration is required.

SBM schedules ethics seminars in October
The Lawyer Trust Accounts presentation will take place from 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, October 21.
It will focus on the ethical management of lawyer trust accounts, including the analysis used in processing client or third-party funds and an in-depth focus on record-keeping requirements.
