Randolph was sentenced last Wednesday on charges of Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm and Felony Firearm before Macomb County Circuit Court Judge James Maceroni.
Maceroni sentenced Randolph to 24-months probation and assigned her Holmes Youthful Trainee Status (HYTA).
As conditions of her probation, she can have no contact with the victim, consume no drugs or alcohol and must maintain employment.
These conditions to probation must be met. In the event she fails to comply with the conditions, her HYTA may be terminated and she may be resentenced. If she successfully completes probation, under the terms of HYTA, there will be no record of conviction.
Court records show that on Feb. 23, 2024, Randolph, who was 20-years old at the time, got into an argument with her father. As the situation became more heated, Randolph produced a gun and shot at him four times. He was stuck twice, neither of which were life threatening.
