The new year of 2026: We begin again

Fred Cavaiani

We begin again  to focus better.

We begin again  to be more loving.

We begin again to become more connected with God  through prayer and meditation.

We begin again to be more loving toward everyone.

We begin again to listen more attentively to others.

We begin again to live only in the present moment.

We begin again to understand the shortness of this present life on earth.

We begin again to be positive in thinking and actions.

We begin again to always be affirming about others.

We begin again to realize how deeply we are loved by God.

We begin again to stop rushing through life.

We begin again to stop criticizing others.

We begin again to praise and look for the good in others.

We begin again to empathize with others with empathic understanding.

We begin again to embrace our pain and powerlessness.

We begin again to let God direct our lives.

We begin again to let go of all negativity.

We begin again to look for goodness everywhere.

We begin again to see the presence of God in everything and everyone.

We begin again to give kind greetings and smiles  to everyone.

We begin again to have an attitude of gratitude.

We begin again to experience God in this present moment.

We begin again to walk with God in each present moment.

We begin again to become fully alive with God’s loving presence in each moment.

We begin again to understand the meaning of life is an experience of God.
