The Oakland County Bar Association presented a professional development seminar on “Beyond Billable Hours: Growing Your Client Base” Thursday, February 5, at the OCBA offices in Bloomfield Hills. Leading the program was marketing and business development expert John Reed (pictured), Rain BDM founder and chief relationship officer. Building on strategies for effective professional relationship management, the program explored how to translate online connections into meaningful in-person relationships, capitalize on networking opportunities, and expand one’s client footprint.
