Trial attorney Jim Spagnuolo has announced his candidacy for a seat on the Macomb County Circuit Court bench.
Spagnuolo has spent more than 20 years practicing law, with experience in personal injury, wrongful death, insurance and negligence cases.
“I’m running because Macomb County deserves a judge who is ready to serve on day one,” Spagnuolo said in a March 9 news release.
The Marine Corps veteran is founder of Macomb Law Group and practices Alternative Dispute Resolution.
A Clinton Township resident, Spagnuolo has been active in the community through services as vice president of the Chippewa Valley Educational Foundation and as a director of the Macomb County Bar Association.
Spagnuolo’s campaign will formally kick off with a reception on Monday, March 23 from 5-8 p.m. at Villa Penna in Sterling Heights.
