The National Center for State Courts will present a webinar on “Building Better Court-Solution Provider Relationships: Using Data to Improve Project Communications” Tuesday, July 14, from 3 to 4 p.m. via Zoom.
Successful court-solution provider relationships don’t happen by chance, they are coordinated partnerships that require careful management, much like taking on a home improvement project.
In July’s Data Dive, participants will hear from a court leader and a technology expert as they explore the stages of the court-solution provider partnership and discuss common communication issues and possible solutions. Using insights from studies and focus groups on the evolution of these types of partnerships, attendees will gain data-informed tips about how to work effectively together to assess, build, and renovate court data systems.
Speaking at the webinar will be:
• Jim Cabral, technology executive and management consultant, Cabral Consulting
• Stephanie Smith, judicial administrator, Kansas Judicial Branch
• Moderator Hengel Reina, court management consultant, NCSC
