‘How To Scale And Grow Your Law Firm’ explored online
The Solo and Small Firm Section and Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Michigan along with the Black Women Lawyers Association of Michigan will present a Lunch &?Learn webinar on “How To Scale And Grow Your Law Firm” Thursday, October 8, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
Growth is not just about bringing in more clients or hiring more people. Sustainable growth requires building a practice that can handle more work without adding equally to cost, complexity, and stress. This program explores how solo
and small firms can use technology to increase revenue, improve profitability, and expand capacity without simply adding more people.
The webinar will examine how automation, law practice management software, artificial intelligence, standardized workflows, and other technology tools can reduce repetitive work and lessen dependence on the lawyer-owner as the firm's primary bottleneck.
Speaking at the webinar will be Jeffrey R. Schoenberger, an attorney and business strategist with Lawyerist.
