The topic of a CRIMINAL LAW ‘THINK TANK’ event presented by the Macomb County Bar Association early this month was ‘Take the Fifth - Advising Your Client as a Witness.’ The featured speaker was criminal defense attorney Stephen T. Rabault, who is pictured with Macomb County Public Defender Erin Freers-Cole. Rabault, a former MCBA president, currently serves on the Michigan Supreme Court Committee on Model Criminal Jury Instructions and the Macomb County Community Corrections Advisory Board.
